Cancellation & Refund Policy

CANCELLATION POLICY

  1. If unfortunately you have to cancel an order, please do so within 24 hours of placing the order by mailing us at jahnabi.in@gmail.com  or WhatsApp us @ +91- 8876685683 with the Order ID 

  2. For the cancelled order that has already been dispatched, the shipping and reverse shipping charges will be borne by the customer only and the actual product value will be refunded on receiving the product in original condition.

  3. If you cancel your order before your product has been shipped, we will refund the entire amount. Else only the product value gets refunded on receiving the product in original condition. Reverse shipping will be borne by the customer only.


EXCHANGE POLICY

If you have received the product it will be eligible for replacement only in cases where there are defects found with the products. We, strictly, do not have returns on the basis of your choice and selection upon receiving the product. You may wish to enquire before placing the order.


RETURN POLICY

  1. Return is done only in case of any damage or stain, which is brought to light immediately on delivery along with an unboxing video. The product will need to be returned in the same condition, and your refund will be processed in 5-7 working days through the same source used during payment. No Returns or Exchanges would be acceptable if the Return Request is not filled within 48 hours of receiving the product. Also, please email us at jahnabi.in@gmail.com or WhatsApp us @ + 91 8876685683 mentioning your Order ID.

  2. We will personally ensure that a brand new replacement of same product (if available) or another product of the same value is issued to you with no additional cost.

  3. Please make sure that the original product tag and packing is intact when you courier it back to us

  4. The return should happen within 7 working days after mailing us.

Apart from condition reserved herein above, the following products shall not be eligible for return or replacement, viz:

  1. If the product has been ordered with fall and edging or if the product is customized for you i.e sizes and exclusive embroidery. 

  2. The items should be unused and unwashed or any damage done by you.
