What are the delivery charges?
Delivery charges for delivery in India are INR 150 for orders below INR 3000. For orders more than INR 3000, delivery is free in India.
What are the payment options?
Once you have selected the item(s), you can pay via Netbanking, UPI, Bank Transfer, Credit Card and Debit Card. All credit card and debit card payments on Jahnabi are processed through secure and trusted payment gateways. We do not have Cash on Delivery option for our products.
What is the Return Policy?
Jahnabi practices a simple and hassle-free Return Policy. You can raise a Return Request on the website through “My Orders” in “My Account” tab. Or you can write to us at jahnabi.in@gmail.com and we will try to resolve the issue. Return is done only in case of any damage or stain, which is brought to light immediately on delivery along with an unboxing video. The product will need to be returned in the same condition, and your refund will be processed in 5-7 working days through the same source used during payment. No Returns or Exchanges would be acceptable if the Return Request is not filled within 48 hours of receiving the product.
